We're considering setting our short film in the 1960's. Therefore, my group did research into the time period looking at such aspects as, Music, technology and location setting. I used an iPad with the mind-mapping app SimpleMind+ theme, time setting, costume and inspiration.

Our group also researched locations that we could use, we found a verity of locations that would suit our short films theme.

RESEARCH: SCOOP.IT

Scoop.it! is a very useful 'content curation' platform. I have used it here to research how trailers and posters fit into a whole marketing package (short films). The platform offers the space for 'insights', that is, my own reflections on what I have learnt. It is also an interactive platform that suggests research material depending on key words.
